Milwaukee bucks Library Reading Challenge
Read to Achieve!
The Sauk City Library will be participating in the Milwaukee Bucks Library Reading Challenge: Read to Achieve! This program is open to children and teens in grades three through ten, and will run from January 2, 2010 through February 13, 2010. Score 500 points by reading 500 pages and you'll earn a voucher for a free ticket to a Bucks home basketball game at the Bradley Center. You choose the game - either Sunday, March 14 at 12 Noon vs. the Indiana Pacers or Friday, March 26 at 7:30 pm vs. the Miami Heat. In addition, all readers and their guest will have the opportunity to shoot a free throw on the Bucks court after the games!
Don't stop at 500 points! Participants who read more than 750 pages will have their names entered into a drawing for an autographed basketball and a chance to participate in other halftime activities.
The more you read, the more you win! Begin keeping track of your reading Jan 2 and stop at the Sauk City Library to sign up for the program. New this year...visit us weekly for a different Bucks collectible Bookmark. Contact the library at 643-8346 with questions.
