Obituaries and local history

Local history information is available through the Sauk Prairie Historical Society, and various books from our library and LINKcat.

The Sauk City Public Library will provide limited searches for genealogical information from our library resources only. This service is free of charge, although reimbursement for photocopy and postage expenses is appreciated.

We are also able to provide a contact name for professional, fee for service research.

The information needed for a limited search should include as much relevant information as possible: full names (include variant spellings), death or birth dates.
