A presentation by Spring Green author, actor and playwright James DeVita on his award winning novel, The Silenced. The Silenced was inspired by the story of Sophie Scholl, a member of the White Rose non-violent resistance organization in Nazi Germany during World War II.
Presented by River Arts, Inc., Sauk City Public Library and Prairie du Sac Public Library.

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time

Mary Ann Etting, an autism specialist in the Sauk Prairie Area School District, will facilitate the discussion of this unique book told from the prospective of a 15-year old male with autism. Copies of the book are available to check out at the Sauk City and Prairie du Sac libraries.
