The Friends of the Sauk City Public will hold their monthly
book sale in the lower level on Monday, July 6 during
regular hours, 9 am to 8 pm. Choose from hundreds of books for all ages as well as videos and magazines.

For readers 18 and older - Stop in the Sauk City Library to see how you can qualify for prizes this summer too! Prizes include books and certificates donated by Green Acres, The Press Box, Taliesin, Consumer's Co-op and Sauk Prairie Chamber of Commerce coupons (donation from Ballweg Chevrolet).

Enjoy singable, entertaining songs for young and old along with instruments from around the world. The program features hammer and mountain dulcimers, guitar and drums, providing education and fun at the same time.

Student Artists on Display
* Art teacher Marie Yarnell has been working with her students to create special artwork for the library. Each week, another schools work will be on display at the Tuesday weekly program.
June 30: Black Hawk School first grade. See their creations from 12:30-1:00 pm and 2:00- 2:30 pm.
July 7: Grand Avenue School second grade. See their creations from 12:30-1:00 pm and 2:00-2:30 pm.
Grady the Literacy Dog
Grady the Chocolate Labrador will be here Tuesday afternoons June 16th – July 21 to listen to children read. Sign up begins June 9 for 10-minute slots. Students referred by school will sign up earlier. Check the schedule for special times.
